You can book to use the site directly through Online Scout Manager (OSM), or by clicking the button below.

Availability can be found once logged into OSM. Availability for instructors mid week can only be found by emailing bookings@bookingspolyapes-org-uk. Our instructors are also volunteers so might not be available mid week.

Please email bookings@bookingspolyapes-org-uk to edit your booking, rather than create a new booking. Please don’t create a new booking when editingInstructors available mid week by request though.

Only a booking via OSM, with confirmed booking details by us, can be accepted as a formal booking.
Changes to your booking can only be made by emailing us. Any problems with OSM then please feel free to contact us.
